Text Message from Kayleigh: "Do u mind getting ur mother's day gift 2 days early?"
My Answer: "Lol...guess not...why 2 days early?"
Kayleigh: "Nm we're not doing that anymore."
My Answer (as I cast a wary eye at the oldest of the 5 who sits blissfully unaware that Mother's Day is just around the corner and that his sister is probably making plans which will include his wallet): "Not doing what?"
Kayleigh: "Don't worry about it."
Me: "lol...you started it."
No answer. That was an hour ago.
Guess I'll just have to wait.
