My Fabulous 5!

"Now as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, 'Take, eat; this is my body.' And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he gave it to them, saying, 'Drink of it, all of you; for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.'" (Mt. 26:26-28)

MawMaw is still too fragile to go to church so we paid her a visit so she could see her great-granddaughter on her joyous day. MawMaw finds it hard to believe Annie is old enough to be making her first communion. lol
Kayleigh got this shot of the walk down the aisle. The photo of Annie receiving communion was taken by Ms. Becky. We're anxious to get those too.

"I am the living bread which came down from heaven; if any one eats of this bread, he will live for ever; and the bread which I shall give for the life of the world is My Flesh."  (Jn 6:51)

Annie with our pastor Fr. Jim.

"Unless you eat the Flesh of the Son of man and drink His Blood, you have no life in you; he who eats My Flesh and drinks My Blood has eternal life." (Jn 6:53)
The cake. The beautiful cake. Made by Ms. Sandra.
First Communion class at Our Lady of LaSalette Church.
A gift from her teacher Ms. Darlene.
Necklace gift from Oma and Opa.
Gift from Nanny.
The Catholic shop didn't carry St. Claire so St. Catherine was our 2nd pick. She's dressed all in white...just like Annie. :-)
Line-up for refreshments. Can you tell Annie was still programmed to receive? Lol
Posing with her nanny and parian. We're so happy they were both able to share the day with her.
Oma and Opa didn't let good fishing at the camp keep them from coming to celebrate the day with their youngest granddaughter.

Thank you, Danley Romero, for being such a great friend and an awesome photographer.
